Kenya Medical Association (KMPDU) called upon their counterparts in Tanzania and would not sign any agreement to go to Kenya before their dispute with the government is resolved.
Information KMPDU says it has no problem with either the ability of Tanzanian trained doctors and licensed physicians Protocol recognized by the Council and the Board of the East African country.
"But we would like to inform that for the last two years, doctors in Kenya have been struggling with the Government of Kenya on our numbers and rejection of what the Government and the Ministry of Health it said is the limit of the budget which was likichochea strike which ended last week.
"We are grateful for their support during our strike that lasted 100 days.
"We have the agreement of the Government of Kenya and Tanzania to bring 500 doctors to bring the ratio (ration) between patients and doctors in the gaps in the present.
"As of May 2017, there will be an estimated 1,400 doctors who are not employed by the Government of Kenya," the statement said.
Meanwhile, Minister of Health, Social Development, Gender, Elderly and Children, Ummy teacher, said 159 doctors in the country have applied for a job to work in Kenya so far, since the government issued the announcement on March 18, this year.
Speaking to journalists in Dar es Salaam yesterday, he brought Ummy fear from their doctors about their safety in Kenya perform their duties.
"President Uhuru Kenyatta who is our host, has assured President Dr. John Magufuli, that we will be safe, "he said.
To complete it, he said his ministry has already drafted an agreement which will explain all the things written, likiwamo terms of security and their interests were promised.
He said doctors will kapoajiriwa the country will be paid the same as other doctors there.
Government Medical Officer, Professor Mohamed Bakari, said before the decision was delivered and accepted by both countries, was discussed in detail the benefits and impact zitakazojitokeza.
"Kenya ilituhakikishia safety of our doctors, good salary with accommodation, so the government is ilijiridhisha good employment opportunities for our physicians," said Professor Mohamed.

Medical Association of Tanzania (MAT), has objected to the Government's decision to give doctors 500 Kenya until the country begins to implement the agreement between him and his doctors who recently went on strike for nearly three months.
Information MAT released yesterday by its chairman, Dr. Obadiah Nyogole, said: "There have been different views on doctors Tanzania to Kenya, and more than 60 percent of the country's doctors protested and demanded the issue is the first indigenous people employed."
