Terriers boss Wagner has been handed a two-game ban while Monk will serve a one-match suspension after the pair were sent to the stands following a clash that sparked ugly scenes at the John Smith's Stadium.
Both clubs were fined £10,000 and warned about their future conduct after admitting FA charges of failing to control their players during Huddersfield's 2-1 win.
An FA statement read: "Huddersfield Town and Leeds United have each been fined £10,000 and warned as to their future conduct following their game on February 5, 2017.
"Both clubs admitted an FA charge of failing to ensure their players and/or officials conducted themselves in an orderly fashion and/or refrained from provocative behaviour in or around the 89th minute of the fixture.
"Furthermore, Huddersfield manager David Wagner and Leeds manager Garry Monk will serve touchline suspensions of two matches and one match respectively with immediate effect after being charged for misconduct in relation to the same game.
"Mr Wagner admitted entering the field of play in or around the 89th minute, in contravention of FA Rule E3, but denied a further breach that his behaviour upon his return to the vicinity of the technical area amounted to improper conduct. However, this breach was found proven following an Independent Regulatory Commission hearing today.
"He was also fined £6,000 and warned as to his future conduct.
"Mr Monk admitted a breach of FA Rule E3 in that in or around the 89th minute, his behaviour amounted to improper conduct.
"He was also fined £3,000 and warned as to his future conduct."
The ban means Wagner will be forced to watch from the stands as his high-flying Huddersfield side take on Manchester City in their FA Cup fifth-round replay, before completing the ban in a crucial game at home to Newcastle in the Sky Bet Championship.
Monk, meanwhile, will miss Friday's trip to Birmingham for his role in the altercation, which saw the Leeds boss collide with Wagner as the Huddersfield manager celebrated a late winner before a host of players got involved.
Shakespeare remains in charge for a while
Craig Robert Shakespeare (born 26 October 1963 in Birmingham) is an English professional footballer and coach who is currently caretaker manager of Premier League club Leicester City. A midfielder, he began his playing career with Walsall, where he made over 350 appearances. After a brief spell with Sheffield Wednesday, he also played over 100 games for both West Bromwich Albion and Grimsby Town.
As a coach, Shakespeare has worked at West Bromwich Albion, Leicester City and Hull City. He was briefly caretaker manager at West Brom in 2006 and took a similar role at Leicester in February 2017.
Shakespeare was Ranieri's assistant and is popular with the club's players.
And the 53-year-old could be given the job until at least the end of the season, depending how the Foxes fare in Monday's league game against Liverpool.
Leicester won the Premier League last season but go into the match in the relegation zone.
No timescale has yet been set for the appointment, but if Shakespeare remains in charge for Saturday's home match against Hull City - a vital game for both clubs - a return of four points out of six and improved performances would count in his favour.
Shakespeare represents continuity, having been at the side of previous managers Nigel Pearson and Ranieri.
And, with just 13 games left this season, other candidates with higher profiles may not feel they have enough time left to arrest the slide.
Shakespeare gets on well with the players and is a highly regarded coach.
Former England coach Sam Allardyce thought enough of him to bring him into his coaching set-up with the national team, despite never having worked with him.
The Leicester hierarchy felt Shakespeare handled himself well in a difficult situation when he met the media after Ranieri's departure, showing just the right amount of steely ambition when asked if he would like the job full-time while dealing diplomatically with some tough questions.
He was also smart enough to avoid publicly shaming the players - knowing he has to work with them for at least a few more days.
but also there is a rumors for the other coach to take place.
Former Chelsea interim manager Guus Hiddink has massive experience and would command immediate respect from the Leicester players. Money would be no object in securing Hiddink, but it is arguable whether he would want the job after working at, or near, the top of the Premier League.
Former Manchester City and Inter Milan boss Roberto Mancini, meanwhile, is seen as a potentially divisive influence, at a time when a strong team spirit is vital.
Who will make the decision?
A panel of three - chief executive Susan Whelan, director of football John Rudkin, and football operations director Andrew Neville - will sift through the candidates, but the decision rests with the owner and chairman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha.
Rudkin is close to the chairman, who relies on his football knowledge, but there is no doubt who will be in charge of the appointment.
Fundamentally, it is all down to the chairman - and having surprised so many when appointing Ranieri, and been vindicated, he will back his judgement after taking the necessary soundings.
ZTE launches world's first 5G-ready smartphone
Barcelona (AFP) - Chinese telecoms giant ZTE unveiled Sunday what it said is the world's first smartphone compatible with the lightening-fast 5G mobile internet service that networks expect to have up and running by 2020.
The company said the Gigabit Phone is the first smartphone capable of download speeds reaching up to 1 gigabit per second (Gbps) -- up to 10 times faster than the first generation of 4G services widely in use today.
The device, unveiled in Barcelona in northeastern Spain on the eve of the start on Monday of the Mobile World Congress, the world's biggest mobile fair, will allow for 360-degree panoramic Virtual Reality video and fast downloads of ultra Hi-Fi music and videos.
"With the new device, the way people stay connected will be changed forever. Focusing on 5G technologies will be one of the key priorities of ZTE?s global development," a ZTE spokesman said.
Tech firms are racing to develop products that will be compatible with 5G, shorthand for the fifth generation of networks, which promise blazing fast connectivity for a generation used to streaming movies and TV directly to phones.
South Korean carrier KT Corp aims to offer trial 5G services during the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang.
The first large-scale commercial deployment of the technology is expected in 2020.
Forrester analyst Thomas Husson said ZTE was using the phone to "showcase innovation" and "offer a glimpse into the future when people will be able to download full movies in seconds" but it was not likely to be a big seller.
"The sad reality is that this smartphone will not end up in consumers' pockets because both 5G and Virtual Reality are still years away to be a mass-market consumer reality," he added.
Founded in 1985, ZTE offers telecom equipment and services and has customers in more than 160 countries, according to the company.
It is the only Chinese smartphone vendor with a meaningful presence in the United States, where its 10 percent market share makes it the fourth-largest vendor.

Amir Khan and Manny Pacquiao to fight in April
WBO world welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao will fight Great Britain's Amir Khan on 23 April.
The bout has been arranged after Pacquiao's followers on Twitter voted Khan as the opponent they would like to see the Filipino fight next.
"This is what the fans wanted," Pacquiao, 38, said on social media.
Khan, 30, also confirmed the fight but, although Pacquiao has said his next fight would be in the United Arab Emirates, no venue has been announced.
Speaking on a social media video, Khan said the UK, Dubai and US were being looked at as possible locations and that they "should find out in the next couple of days".
The Briton, who won silver as a lightweight at the 2004 Olympics, beat compatriot Kell Brook, Australia's Jeff Horn and American Terence Crawford with 48% of the vote carried out by Pacquiao.
Khan's last fight was in May 2016 when he was knocked out by Mexican Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez.
Six-weight world champion Pacquiao retired in April last year but returned to claim his belt by beating Jessie Vargas in November.

Mourinho posts classy tribute to sacked Ranieri
The Manchester United manager, who was also dismissed a year after winning the title while at Chelsea, has words of encouragement for the Italian
Jose Mourinho has posted a classy tribute message to Claudio Ranieri after the Italian was sacked by Leicester City.
The Premier League champions made the announcement on Thursday evening, a day after the Foxes were beaten 2-1 by Sevilla in the Champions League.
After their quite extraordinary title win, Ranieri's side have struggled in the 2016-17 season and find themselves in 17th place in the table with just five league wins from 25 matches.
Leicester were also dumped out of the FA Cup by Millwall at the fifth-round stage, with the club's hierarchy feeling a decision had to be made to arrest their decline.
Ranieri's success last season, that saw him crowned FIFA's Best Coach of the Year, has not been forgotten about, however, with United boss Mourinho sending on a message of support.
